Shipping Notes 

Every parcel of cacao leaves here with care , wrapped, sealed, and sent like a small blessing from the forest.
We ship with Royal Mail Tracked, so you can follow its journey to your doorstep. 

United Kingdom

Two paths of delivery, depending on what’s in your basket:

• Parcels under 2kg  £4.99 / £5.99 Royal Mail 24 or 48 - for smaller orders
• Parcels over 2kg  £9.99  Royal Mail 24 - for larger gatherings of cacao 

You’ll be able to choose Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 at checkout, depending on how quickly you want your cacao to arrive.

International Shipping (Outside the EU)

Orders outside the UK are mailed through Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.
Delivery times vary depending on your location.

We are not responsible or liable for any import or customs duties outside the UK,
and we cannot accept returns if an item is not accepted by customs or returned to sender due to additional fees.

EU Shipping (Temporarily Paused)

Shipping to EU countries is paused for now.
Recent post-Brexit rules for plant-based imports have become unpredictable,
and to protect both the cacao and your experience, we’re pausing EU orders until clear, reliable pathways return.

Heat & Summer Notice

Due to the nature of cacao, there is a chance it may soften or melt during warmer months or extended time in transit.
If this happens, it is still perfectly safe to consume - simply place it in a cool area to solidify again.

We are plastic free and only use compostable and recyclable packaging.
