Raw Ceremonial Cacao from the northern forests
This raw ceremonial cacao is crafted in small batches in the northern forests of Thailand, tended by a women-led Lisu lineage and prepared using ancestral, forest-held methods. Bright, unroasted, and alive, it carries a clear morning pulse; a vivid, creative companion for ritual, presence, and gentle return.
The bright, untempered heart of the northern forest
This is the raw, unroasted form of our cacao - bright, wild, alive.
This is cacao before softening, before fire, the feminine untempered, the young goddess, the clear electric pulse of the northern hills.
Crafted by a women-rooted Lisu family in the mist-covered mountains north of Chiang Mai, this raw cacao is fermented in banana leaf, rested in carved teak trunks, dried under mountain sun, and prepared in small batches using ancestral forest-held methods.
Where the toasted cacao is warm, round, and grounding
the raw cacao is vivid, fruit-forward, and sharply illuminated.
